Q. On which exchange is Phytopharm listed?

Phytopharm is listed on the Official List of the Financial Services Authority and traded on the London Stock Exchange’s main market for listed securities.

Q. How do I get hold of a copy of the latest Annual Report and Interim Report?

You can download copies of theses reports from this website by going through to Annual or Interim Report or you can request a copy from the Company Secretary at the Company’s head office.

Q. How can I buy and sell shares?

Q. What do I do if I have sold all my shares and received a Notice of a General Meeting and a Proxy Form?
You should hand the Notice of General Meeting, together with the accompanying form of proxy, to he stockbroker, bank or other agent through or to whom the sale was effected for transmission to the purchaser.

Q. Who are the Company’s registrars and how do I contact them?

The company’s registrars are Equiniti. They can be contacted directly on 0871 384 2030 or you may wish to write to them at Equiniti, Aspect House, Spencer Road, Lancing, West Sussex, BN99 6DA. You should contact the registrar directly if you have a query which relates to any of the following:

  • Change of name or address
  • Lost or stolen share certificate
  • Death of the registered holder of the shares

You can also register a portfolio online at www.shareview.co.uk where you can register for e-communications, view details of your shareholding and complete certain transactions online.

Q. What do I do if I have lost my share certificate?

The registrars keep a record of your name, address and the number of shares you own and can arrange to issue a duplicate certificate if necessary. If you have lost your certificate please report this to the registrar as soon as possible so they can put a “stop” on that certificate. Q. I have just changed my address, who needs to know?

When you change your address, it is important you inform Equiniti as soon as possible to ensure you receive all shareholder communications. You can do this by visiting the Equiniti website. Alternatively you can send a letter to Equiniti, which should include the following:

  • Your name in full, as shown on your share certificates or nominee statement
  • Your previous address
  • Your new address
  • Your shareholder account number if you have one (this can be found on your share certificate or nominee statement)
  • You must sign all correspondence

For security reasons, Equiniti cannot accept address changes over the telephone or by email.

Q. I have recently changed my name, what should I do?

You should write to Equiniti giving full details of the following:

  • Your old name
  • Your new name
  • A copy of any legal documentation, such as marriage certificate or deed poll. Where your name has changed as a result of separation or divorce, and you wish to revert to your maiden name, a copy of any supporting documentation must be sent to Equiniti.
  • You must sign all correspondence
